Terms and conditions for registering in our training programs:
Dear trainee,
Welcome to join the list of DARCOU
Training and Consulting trainees, whom we are proud to serve throughout the
duration of their studies with us, and to provide you with the best training
service, I ask you to review the list of terms and conditions for DARCOU, and
agree to them before completing the registration steps, within the framework of
organizing the rights and duties related to registration in Our training
programs.
1. Each course has a minimum number of participants so that Darko can start the
training program immediately. Once the minimum is reached, the start date of
the course is determined, and new reservations can be registered until the
number is complete or the specified start date, whichever is earlier.
2. Registration in any of our training programs means DARCOU commitment to providing the
required training services to you, providing the training material whether
printed or electronic - depending on the nature of the training program - and
organizing lectures on the announced dates, which you will be notified of
either at the time of registration or after.
3. Any amendment to the dates of the training programs will be made in coordination
with the trainees, and DARCOU will investigate - as much as possible - the
appropriate dates for the trainees.
4. If a start date for the course is not specified within a maximum period of 30
days from the date of payment, the trainee has the right to recover his
full payment, wait until the number is complete, or transfer those fees to
another training course, and the refund process will be done with the same
payment method.
5. If the start date of the training program is determined, the trainee is not entitled
at that time and under any circumstances to withdraw from the training program
or receive a refund of any fees paid.
6. In courses in which the study is conducted online via the Internet, attendance is
recorded through physical presence at the time of the lecture. The trainee must
also interact with the lecturer as a basic condition for proving attendance.
Watching the recording of the lecture does not constitute attendance in this
lecture at all, and therefore does not The trainee has the right to count his
attendance at any recorded lecture as his attendance.
7. To ensure attendance and obtain the training certificate, each trainee must complete his
file with DARCOU with a clear copy of his identity document, as the trainee
will not be able to attend lectures unless this condition is met.
8. The training certificate is issued at the end of the training program, with the
same name shown in the identity document.
9. The trainee is not entitled to obtain a certificate of attendance in the training
course in one of the following cases:
· Failure to meet the attendance rate of 75% of the total training program hours
· Failure to pay the full training program expenses
· Not attending practical workshops - if the training program requires this.
· the trainee receiving a negative evaluation from the lecturer throughout the
course, which reflects the trainee’s failure to understand the training
material in a way that qualifies him to obtain the certificate.
· Not completing the data or not providing a clear copy of the trainee’s identity
document.
10. The expenses mentioned on the website do not include the costs of
shipping certificates.
11. The foreign certificates and
accreditations that we provide with our training programs are issued by foreign
training centers and are not issued by foreign universities or colleges.
